First Trimester

Second Trimester
Your current handicap: excessive nervousness which, associated with relative pulmonary weakness and, sometimes, with a tendency to allergies, can play nasty tricks on you. In order to avoid insomnia, repeated bouts of asthma and bronchites, learn to relax. Such activities as yoga, centered on the control of breathing, will prove beneficial to you. On the other hand, a better balanced and at the same time more energetic diet will allow you to escape all the small digestive and intestinal ills which frequently affect you. Beware of your gourmandise and try to resist it.
Third Trimester
If you suffer from asthma or allergy, there'll be reason first of all to think of an intestinal disturbance, which should be treated with non-aggressive drugs or by homeopathy.
